Hindustan Copper Appoints Two Independent Directors

Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) has announced the appointment of Shri Ashish Kumar Khetan and Smt. Madhumita Daolagupu as Part-Time Non-Official (Independent) Directors. The appointments were conveyed by the Ministry of Mines, Government of India, via an order dated August 14, 2026. These directors will serve for a period of three years from the date of notification or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The company will complete the necessary statutory formalities and provide further details as required by SEBI regulations.
