Hindustan Copper: Umesh Singh Takes Charge as Unit Head, Indian Copper Complex

Shri Umesh Singh, Executive Director (Mining) of Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), has assumed the charge of Unit Head at the Indian Copper Complex (ICC) effective May 30, 2026. This appointment follows his transfer to ICC as per the company's office order dated May 12, 2026. Shri Singh is not related to any Director or Key Managerial Personnel of HCL. The company has made this disclosure in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
