BHEL's Executive Director, N Ramesh Kumar, Takes Additional Charge as CMD of HMT Ltd

Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India, has approved the entrustment of additional charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director, HMT Limited to Shri. N. Ramesh Kumar, Executive Director (SBD), Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (‘BHEL’) for a period of one year with effect from 25.03.2026 or till the joining of a regular incumbent or until further orders, whichever is the earliest, subject to the approval of the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet (ACC). The Company is taking necessary action to complete the appointment formalities in compliance with provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
