HMT Ltd Appoints Shri. N. Ramesh Kumar as Chairman & Managing Director (Additional Charge)

HMT Ltd has appointed Shri. N. Ramesh Kumar, Executive Director (SBD) of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), as Chairman & Managing Director (Additional Charge) for a period of one year or till the joining of the regular incumbent, or until further orders. This appointment is subject to the ex-post facto approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC). Shri. N. Ramesh Kumar is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority. He has more than 35 years of industry experience and has worked in diverse areas of advanced technologies. He has been entrusted with the additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director, HMT Limited w.e.f. 25.03.2026.
