HUDCO Declares Unaudited Q2 FY27 Results & ₹1.35 Dividend

Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the declaration of a second interim dividend of ₹1.35 per equity share for the Financial Year 2026-27, with November 11, 2026, set as the record date. The financial results, including standalone and consolidated statements, were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board. The company will complete the dividend payment process within 30 days of its declaration.
