ICICI Lombard Declares ₹7 Interim Dividend

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the declaration and payment of an interim dividend of ₹7 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2027. This decision was made following the recommendation of the Audit Committee during a Board Meeting held on October 14, 2026. The dividend represents 70% of the face value of ₹10 per share.
