ICICI Lombard declares ₹7 interim dividend, sets Oct 23 record date

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd announced the declaration and payment of an interim dividend of ₹7 per equity share (70% of face value) for the financial year ending March 31, 2027. The record date for this dividend has been fixed as Friday, October 23, 2026. The company's Board of Directors, at a meeting held on October 14, 2026, also approved the audited financial statements for the half-year and quarter ended September 30, 2026. The interim dividend will be paid on or before Thursday, November 12, 2026, subject to tax deductions.
