ICICI Prudential Life amends trademark agreement with Prudential IP Services

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd has entered into a transitional agreement with Prudential IP Services Limited (PIP). This agreement amends the existing trade marks and names license agreement dated September 26, 2014. The new terms outline the continued usage of 'Prudential' marks by the company during its rebranding process, including the eventual removal of the name from its company name and domain names. The agreement sets out timelines and conditions for this rebranding, with the original license agreement now amended as of August 12, 2026. PIP is a subsidiary of Prudential plc, a promoter of ICICI Prudential Life.
