Identixweb appoints Rahul Mistri & Co. as Internal Auditor

Identixweb Ltd has appointed M/s. Rahul Mistri and Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor of the company. The appointment was approved during the board meeting held on April 23, 2026. The firm will conduct internal audits for the financial year 2025-26 onwards, until further notice from the Board of Directors. The board also reviewed and acknowledged recommendations and approvals of the Audit Committee regarding related party transactions.
