Identixweb Appoints Rahul Mistri & Co. as Internal Auditor

Identixweb Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on April 23, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Rahul Mistri and Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the company. This appointment is effective for the Financial Year 2025-26 onwards, until the Board decides otherwise. M/s. Rahul Mistri & Co. is a proprietorship firm with over 8 years of experience in audit, taxation, accounting, and financial advisory services. Additionally, the Board reviewed and acknowledged the recommendations and approvals of the Audit Committee regarding material and non-material related party transactions, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
