IFB Industries Ltd Appoints Mr. Tarun Kumar Daga as Additional Independent Director

IFB Industries Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Tarun Kumar Daga as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director for a period of 2 (two) consecutive years, subject to the approval of members of the Company. The appointment follows the completion of the term of Mr. Biswadip Gupta as Independent Director. Mr. Daga, aged 60 years, brings over 35 years of experience in marketing, sales, operations, and general management. He has held leadership positions in various organizations, including Tata Steel Thailand, Tata Steel Utilities & Infrastructure Services Limited, and The Tinplate Company of India Limited.
