IFB Industries Ltd Appoints Mr. Tarun Kumar Daga as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director

IFB Industries Ltd has informed that the term of Mr. Biswadip Gupta, Independent Director of the Company, has completed on 9th February, 2026. Following this, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Tarun Kumar Daga as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director for a period of 2 (two) consecutive years with effect from 10th February, 2026, subject to the approval of members of the Company.
