Sammaan Capital Allots 8.68 Cr Shares to Promoter Avenir Investment

Sammaan Capital Limited has allotted 8,68,92,966 fully paid-up equity shares to its promoter, Avenir Investment RSC Ltd, pursuant to the conversion of warrants. The allotment was made at an issue price of INR 139 per equity share. This conversion represents the exercise of Tranche I Warrants for which the promoter paid the balance consideration of INR 905,85,91,705.50. Following this allotment, the promoter's shareholding in the company has increased from 28.34% to 33.32%. The company's paid-up equity share capital has consequently increased to INR 2,49,88,92,046.71. The promoter still holds 21,97,97,569 warrants, which could further increase their stake to 43.28% upon full conversion.
