Indian Bank Extends Executive Director Shiv Bajrang Singh's Tenure

Indian Bank announced that the Central Government has extended the tenure of Shri Shiv Bajrang Singh, Executive Director, beyond his current term ending October 8, 2026. The extension is effective until his superannuation on February 28, 2027, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Shri Singh is not related to other directors and is not debarred from holding office by any regulatory authority.
