IRCTC CMD Sanjay Kumar Jain Steps Down; Rahul Himalian Takes Additional Charge

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) announced a change in its board composition. Shri Sanjay Kumar Jain has ceased to hold the positions of Chairman and Managing Director, as well as Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 20, 2026. Concurrently, Shri Rahul Himalian, Director (Tourism & Marketing), has assumed the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director, in addition to his existing duties, also effective July 20, 2026. This change follows previous communications from the company.
