Indo National Limited has invested an additional Rs. 25,01,968 in Medcuore Medical Solutions Pvt Ltd (MMSPL) by subscribing to equity shares. This investment increases Indo National's stake by 0.41%, bringing its total shareholding in MMSPL to 62.28%. MMSPL is involved in manufacturing and distributing air monitoring systems and air purifiers. The company stated the investment aims to facilitate business growth, generate revenue, and profit through business expansion. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and no governmental or regulatory approvals are required.
