Indo Thai Securities Approves NCD Issuance Up to ₹10 Cr

Indo Thai Securities Limited's Debenture Issuance, Allotment and Redemption Committee approved the issuance of Secured, Redeemable, Unlisted, Unrated, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to ₹10 Crore. The company also executed the Debenture Trust Deed and Deed of Hypothecation with Axis Trustee Services Limited as the Debenture Trustee. The NCDs will be issued on a private placement basis, with Axis Trustee Services Limited acting on behalf of the debenture holders. The purpose is to create a floating charge over the company's listed and unlisted shares and securities held as investments and stock-in-trade. The agreement includes terms for asset cover, security perfection, and a negative pledge clause.
