Indong Tea Company Ltd Appoints New Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer

Indong Tea Company Ltd has announced the resignation of Shri Chandan Gupta as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer, effective from the close of business hours on January 21, 2026. Following his resignation, Shri Akash Poddar has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective from January 22, 2026. The Board of Directors has authorized the following Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) for determining the materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to the stock exchange: Mr. Hariram Garg (Managing Director), Mr. Manoj Kumar (Chief Financial Officer), and Mr. Akash Poddar (Company Secretary and Compliance Officer).
