Brahmaputra Commodities Private Limited, a member of the promoter group of Indong Tea Company Ltd, has disclosed the disposal of its entire holding of 1,28,000 equity shares, representing 0.659% of the paid-up share capital. The sale occurred through open market transactions between January 28, 2026, and February 4, 2026. Following this transaction, Brahmaputra Commodities Private Limited holds nil equity shares in Indong Tea Company Ltd. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
