Hariram Garg, a promoter of Indong Tea Company Ltd, has increased his shareholding in the company. Prior to the acquisition, Garg held 24,70,661 equity shares, representing 12.72% of the paid-up equity share capital. He acquired an additional 1,80,000 equity shares through on-market transactions between July 17, 2026, and July 27, 2026. Following this acquisition, his total shareholding has risen to 26,50,661 equity shares, which constitutes 13.65% of the company's paid-up equity share capital.
