Indsil Hydro Power: FY26 Results, Dividend of ₹0.60 Approved

Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese Ltd. announced audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors, in their meeting on May 25, 2026, approved the standalone and consolidated financial results, recommended a dividend of ₹0.60 per share (6%), and approved the appointments of Sri. B. Venkateswar as Cost Auditor and M/s. R Rahul Jain & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. The board also recommended the re-appointment of Smt. T Kalaivani and Smt. Gayatri Vijaikumar as Independent Directors for a second term of 5 years. The 36th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 17, 2026.
