Indus Fila: Tolwani & Associates resigns; CAAG & Associates appointed auditor

Indus Fila Ltd announced the resignation of its statutory auditor, M/s. Tolwani & Associates, effective April 29, 2026. The resignation was attributed to their pre-occupation with other assignments. Following this, the Board of Directors, acting on the Audit Committee's recommendation, approved the appointment of M/s. CAAG & Associates as the new Statutory Auditors. CAAG & Associates will serve for the audit of FY 2025-26 and hold office until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting. CAAG & Associates, established in 2002, brings over 24 years of experience in various financial services, including statutory and internal audits, and has a significant track record in Statutory Bank Branch Audits.
