The decision was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 11, 2026. CS Janvi N. Davda is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with over six years of professional experience in corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. This appointment is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
