Info Edge Appoints Himanshu Agarwal as CFO and Whole-time Director

Info Edge (India) Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Himanshu Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) and Additional Director, to be designated as Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer. The appointment is effective from September 17, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder and statutory approvals. Mr. Agarwal is not related to any existing directors and is not disqualified from holding the office. The company also approved the re-constitution of its Board Committees, including the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee, effective June 27, 2026, to ensure a smooth transition.
