Infonative Solutions Ltd Appoints Ms. Zareen Anis as CFO, Mr. Nikhil Jain Resigns

Infonative Solutions Ltd, a company based in New Delhi, India, has announced the appointment of Ms. Zareen Anis as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from 04.12.2025. Ms. Anis has over 11 years of experience in finance and accounting operations. She has been leading the Finance and Operations functions at a head level for the past three years. Her expertise includes R2R, P2P, O2C, AP, AR, GL, FP&A, T&E, FA, and RTR processes. She has also managed HR and administrative responsibilities.
