Ishaan Infrastructures Independent Director Resigns

Ms. Priyanka K Gola has resigned from her position as an Independent Director of Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters Ltd, effective August 11, 2026. The resignation is due to pre-occupation with other professional commitments. Consequently, she will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Ms. Gola has confirmed there are no other material reasons for her resignation.
