Ishaan Infrastructures Statutory Auditor Resigns

Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters Ltd announced the resignation of its statutory auditor, M/s Prakash Tekwani & Associates, Chartered Accountants. The resignation is effective from August 6, 2026. The auditor cited that the remuneration payable for the audit engagement is not commercially viable relative to the scope of work and resources required. The company will appoint a new auditor to fill the resulting vacancy.
