Ishaan Infrastructures Statutory Auditors Resign

Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters Ltd announced the resignation of its statutory auditors, M/s. Prakash Tekwani & Associates, Chartered Accountants. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on August 6, 2026. The auditors cited that the remuneration payable is not commercially viable in relation to the scope of work. The company is required to appoint a new auditor to fill the resultant vacancy.
