Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Executes Subordination Agreement for Acquisition Financing

Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited has executed a subordination agreement dated July 10, 2026. This agreement is related to the financing facilities aggregating up to USD 635,000,000 availed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. ("IKS Inc."), for the acquisition of TruBridge, Inc. The subordination agreement pertains to intercompany debts and liabilities owed by various group entities, including IKS Inc. and its subsidiaries, to IKS Inc. and other group entities. These intercompany debts will rank subordinate to the obligations under the financing facilities. This update follows previous communications regarding the acquisition and financing arrangements.
