IRB InvIT Fund Allots Units Worth ₹351 Cr via Preferential Issue

IRB InvIT Fund has approved the allotment of 54,000,000 units at an issue price of ₹65 per unit, aggregating to ₹351 crore. The preferential issue was made to IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, the sponsor. These newly allotted units will rank pari-passu with existing units and are subject to applicable lock-in requirements. This move is part of the Trust's strategy to raise capital through preferential issuance as per SEBI InvIT Regulations.
