IRCON Approves Audited FY26 Results & ₹0.70 Dividend

IRCON International Ltd's Board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, in its meeting held on May 22, 2026. The board also recommended a final dividend of ₹0.70 per equity share (35% of paid-up equity share capital) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration at the AGM.
