IRCON International Appoints Smt. Suman Bala as Independent Director

IRCON International Ltd has announced the appointment of Smt. Suman Bala as an Independent (Non-official Part-Time) Director to its Board, effective August 17, 2026. The appointment is subject to her registration in the Data Bank of Independent Directors maintained by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). Smt. Suman Bala, aged 50, holds a Commerce degree from Delhi University and brings extensive experience in urban local governance, public administration, and institutional management from her tenure as Mayor of Municipal Corporation, Faridabad. She is not related to any other director on the board. Her appointment is for a period of three years.
