The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means, with the registered office at C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi-110017, India, serving as the deemed venue. The cut-off date for e-voting is September 17, 2026. Remote e-voting will be open from September 21 to September 23, 2026. The record date for the final dividend for FY 2025-26 is also set for September 17, 2026, with dividend payments commencing from October 12, 2026, if declared at the AGM.
