IRCON International Sets Record Date for FY26 Final Dividend

IRCON International Limited has announced the record date for the final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 as Thursday, September 17, 2026. This announcement is made in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The company also provided details regarding its 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 12:30 PM IST, to be conducted via Video Conferencing. The venue for the AGM will be C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi-110017. The cut-off date for e-voting is also set for September 17, 2026. Remote e-voting will be open from September 21 to September 23, 2026. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid from October 12, 2026, onwards.
