Ishaan Infra Appoints Anand Kumar Jain as CFO & Executive Director

Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Anand Kumar Jain as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Additional Director, designated as Executive Director. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors on June 03, 2026, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. Mr. Jain brings extensive experience in corporate and regulatory matters, expected to contribute significantly to the company's growth and governance. He is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding office.
