Ishaan Infra Revises Preferential Issue Size and Acquisition Details

Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters Limited has issued a corrigendum to its AGM notice dated September 3, 2026, detailing modifications to a special resolution. The preferential issue size has been revised from 5,67,51,732 Equity Shares to 5,64,51,732 Equity Shares, with a corresponding reduction in issue consideration from ₹79,45,24,248 to ₹79,03,24,248. These changes stem from the withdrawal of an allotment to Mr. Anshul Aggarwal and a transmission of shares to Mr. Kaushal Surana, increasing his allotment. Revisions also impact the proposed acquisition of Blisstering Electronics Private Limited (BEPL), reducing the number of shares to be acquired and issued. The acquisition of Bliss Cab Electronics Private Limited remains unchanged. The company has also updated shareholding patterns and incorporated previously omitted details for VM Finserve and Asset Management.
