I S T Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Pawan K Singla & Co., Chartered Accountants as its new Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on July 30, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The previous internal auditors, M/s Jinendra & Co., are no longer associated with the company due to the completion of their tenure. M/s. Pawan K Singla & Co. is a senior Chartered Accountancy firm with approximately 20 years of experience in various audit and consultancy services.
