ITI Ltd Appoints Ajai Kumar Srivastava as Director Production

ITI Ltd announced the appointment of Shri Ajai Kumar Srivastava as Director Production on its Board. The appointment, effective July 31, 2026, is made by the Government of India, Ministry of Communications. Shri Srivastava will serve until his superannuation on March 31, 2029, or until further orders. He brings extensive experience in manufacturing and production, having worked with ITI Limited since November 1998 and served as a unit head in various plants. This appointment is in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
