ITI Ltd Appoints Government Nominee Director

ITI Ltd has announced the appointment of Shri Sanjiwan Sinha as a Government Nominee Director on its Board, effective August 10, 2026. Shri Sinha, a 1994-batch IP&TAFS officer with an MBA (Finance), LL.B., and Ph.D. in Social Science, brings extensive experience in ICT, finance, and administration from his previous roles in DoT, MTNL, BSNL, BBNL, and the Government of Bihar. This appointment is made by the Government of India, Ministry of Communications, and is effective until further orders, replacing Shri Arun Agarwal.
