Corporate Professionals Capital Pvt Ltd, acting as Manager to the Offer, has announced an open offer on behalf of Mr. Ashwani Gulati, Ms. Kiran Gulati, and M/s Veerasha Trust to acquire up to 2,60,00,000 equity shares, representing 26.00% of Jai Mata Glass Ltd's paid-up equity share capital.
