Jamshri Realty: Rajesh Damani acquires 4.39M shares via promoter gift

Jamshri Realty Ltd. announced that Mr. Rajesh Damani, Joint Managing Director and part of the Promoter Group, acquired 4,393,960 equity shares. The acquisition occurred on September 18, 2026, through an off-market transfer by way of gift from promoters Premratan Damani and Bimladevi Damani, who are immediate relatives. This transaction is exempt under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, as an inter-se transfer within the promoter group. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(1) & 29(2) of the SEBI SAST Regulations.
