JB Chemicals Amalgamates with Torrent Pharma, Effective July 8

JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced the effective date of its amalgamation with Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited. Following the approval and sanction from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench, the certified copy of the order was filed with the Registrar of Companies on July 8, 2026. Consequently, the scheme of amalgamation is now effective as of July 8, 2026. JB Chemicals stands amalgamated into and with Torrent Pharma and is dissolved without being wound up. The appointed date for the amalgamation is January 21, 2026.
