Jenburkt Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced the elevation of Shri. Prem Ashish Bhuta from Management Associate to Associate Vice President (AVP) – Strategic Initiatives. This change in senior management is effective from September 4, 2026, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and prior approval of the Audit Committee. Shri. Prem Ashish Bhuta, aged 26, holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing from New York University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. He brings over 5 years of experience in finance, sales, marketing, and technology initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector. He is related to Shri. Ashish U. Bhuta, the Promoter and Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. His new role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and driving strategic initiatives across functions.
