Jhaveri Credits Allots 16.16 Lakh Shares Post Amalgamation

Jhaveri Credits & Capital Ltd announced the allotment of 16,16,088 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10 each to the shareholders of U R Energy Private Limited. This allotment is pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation between U R Energy Private Limited (Transferor Company) and Jhaveri Credits and Capital Limited (Transferee Company), with a share exchange ratio of 253:500. The National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, approved the scheme on March 16, 2026. The equity paid-up share capital of Jhaveri Credits has increased from Rs. 9,48,59,360 to Rs. 11,10,20,240. These new shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares and are proposed for listing on BSE.
