Jhaveri Credits Allots 16.16 Lakh Shares Post Amalgamation

Jhaveri Credits & Capital Ltd announced the allotment of 16,16,088 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10 each to the shareholders of U R Energy Private Limited. This allotment is pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation approved by the National Company Law Tribunal. The share exchange ratio was 253:500. The company's equity paid-up share capital has increased from Rs. 9,48,59,360 to Rs. 11,10,20,240. These new shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares and are proposed for listing on BSE.
