Jigar Cables Re-appoints Auditors for FY 2026-27

Jigar Cables Ltd re-appointed various auditors for the financial year 2026-27, as approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting on May 21, 2026. The re-appointments include Mr. Piyush Jethva as Secretarial Auditor, Adv. Adarsh Gohel as Internal Auditor, M/s. Rushabh R Shah and Co. as Tax Auditors, and M/s Sagar M. Kapadiya & Co. as Cost Auditor. These appointments were made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and comply with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.
