Jigar Cables Reappoints Auditors for FY 2026-27

Jigar Cables Ltd has reappointed its Secretarial Auditor, Internal Auditor, Tax Auditors, and Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The reappointments were approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting on May 21, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. Mr. Piyush Jethva is re-appointed as Secretarial Auditor, Adv. Adarsh Gohel as Internal Auditor, M/s. Rushabh R Shah and Co. as Tax Auditors, and M/s Sagar M. Kapadiya & Co. as Cost Auditor.
