JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd. announces the re-appointment of Mrs. Vinita Singhania (DIN: 00042983) as Managing Director for a further period of five years, effective from 1st August 2026. The re-appointment is subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mrs. Vinita Singhania is related to Mr. Shrivats Singhania, Dy. Managing Director. The announcement was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
