JSW Energy Posts Integrated Annual Report for FY25-26

JSW Energy Ltd has issued a letter to its members providing a web-link and QR code to access the Integrated Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26. This report, along with the Notice of the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for July 9, 2026, has been disseminated electronically to members with registered email addresses. For members whose email addresses are not registered, the company has sent a physical letter containing the web-link and QR code as per SEBI Listing Regulations. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means, and e-voting details, including the remote e-voting period from July 6 to July 8, 2026, have been provided. Members are encouraged to update their PAN, KYC, and nomination details.
