JSW Energy Receives Certified Order for GE Power India Scheme Sanction

JSW Energy Limited has received the certified copy of the order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement between GE Power India Limited (GEPIL) and JSW Energy Limited. The NCLT had initially passed the Sanction Order on October 1, 2026, and the company received the certified copy on October 13, 2026.
